Noureen DeWulf was born February 28, 1984, is a native of New York City. The actress was always fascinated by being an actress. The path to her career started with her attending at the School of the Arts at Boston University. Noureen was then able to audition for different roles. In 2005 she got a prominent role in a film called West Bank Story. West Bank Story had its premier at the Sundance Film Festival of 2005, and it was also played at other festivals. It also won the Oscar for Best Live Action Short Film at the 2007 79th Academy Awards and paved the way to Noureen DeWulf's subsequent successes.
